Not being able to try on clothes before purchasing them can turn out not as expected so if you’re not happy with your items, we offer returns within 15 days of package delivery date, full-priced items only! You will receive complete refund by the system you did the payment for your return (provided the product has a defect or does not meet quality guidelines).
Items returned must be in original condition with tags. Unfortunately due to hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns on swimwear, intimates, stockings, bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, cosmetic/beauty products.
Any damaged items must be reported to us within 2 days of your package delivery date. Received a damaged item? We’ve got you covered and will send out a brand new product free of charge.
The Sea Moon team has a process of inspection for all goods before prepared for shipment. We stand by all our products to be held to a standard of high quality fashion forward styles. For any reason you come across a manufacturing default, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Please check size and color of the item before placing the order carefully. Contact our support team in 12-24 hours after order was placed and we will gladly switch the size or a color of the item you ordered. Unfortunately we can't cancel any orders after they have been shipped out due to strict policies of our suppliers.
